i'm so tired i could pass out, but i have been inspired by bron's meme o' the day. and in addition, i bought the matthew good compilation in a coma today, and i'm on disc two and pleasantly surprised, so i'm not ready to shut it off before bed yet. even though the dude totally deserved the shoe to the head for being a total dickis, i enjoy his music.

of the movies in your current dvd or vhs collection, name seven (in no particular order) that you have watched enough times to make your friends suspect that there might be something wrong with you but that you can't imagine not watching again. *writers note: i'm pretty sure my friends think there is something wrong with me already - they don't really need me to confirm it with my insane movie watching habits*
#1. bring it on - i'm not too sure what it is. the spunky songs, the witty insults...or the fact that cliff is a total babe. i have seen this movie enough times to pretty much rival the monologue that the rock does in be cool.
#2. 10 things i hate about you - i purely love this movie. everything about it makes me happy. this movie made me love 'hypnotize' by notorious b.i.g. and heath ledger. for that, i owe it eternally.
#3. newsies - i think the fact that this movie is so bad makes it so good. the music is actually fairly decent...i used to listen to the soundtrack all the time before bed. weird. i think it could have gone the distance to the oscars if spot conlon hadn't been such an ugly fool, and david's eyes had been farther apart.
#4. orange county - this movie will never stop being funny. jack black is the best, end of discussion.
#5. wayne's world - i have gotten into this strange rut of pretty much referencing wayne's world once a day, even though i hardly watch it anymore. there are so many elements of this movie that translate into my life that it makes me question whether i should quit school and start my own local cable access show. amanda's world, amanda's world, party time, excellent, reeeer reeeer reeer.
#6. dazed and confused - this needs no explaining. this movie effing rules.
#7. sixteen candles - actually, this movie is going to umbrella all john hughs films. he is kick-arse. and i need a jake in my life.
