work was long. my evenings are short. but isn't that always the way.
last night, i pre ordered the new sam roberts cd, and snuck in just in time to get an autographed copy. burn on everyone else not getting one. i already have an autographed sam roberts cd too...so now i'm like double mint gum - double the fun.
last night i also watched derailed. jennifer aniston is a whore, and clive owen is pure sex on legs. actually, i'm sure jennifer really isn't a whore. i'm just jealous she's dating vince vaughn. but i'm sure they're not happy. at least that's what i tell myself so i can fall asleep at night.
now to watch the apprentice. then, maybe some studying. and maybe some not studying.

I am so jealous. Was Sam Roberts in Stoon? Why didn't you tell me!?!? I would have blown off work...maybe.

no, he hasn't come through for his tour yet - there was a link on his site where if you pre-ordered chemical city the first 300 people got autographed copies! and i'm awesome, so i signed up.
and although i am the meet the celebrity queen, this isn't really a meeting. however i'm still relishing in the pic sam and i took last time...sigh. he's so short. (yes, we're on a first name basis...since he's my boyfriend and all)

I'm completely crushed that you didn't tell me. I would have prepurchased. I would have slept with his autograph under my pillow and made a scrapbook of our future together using photoshop and my imagination.
Maybe its a good thing you didn't tell me about it.

i guess i never though to send out a red alert. i was so intent on ordering then promptly going to bed, i never thought about it. my bad. if it makes you feel better, you can come to our wedding. and i'll give you two wooden clogs now, instead of just one. however, one will be three sizes too big.
